With time registration in Agromanager, you can easily register the worked hours of your personnel members. The easiest way to work with this is via the Timer app in combination with personnel badges.
The steps below will help you start using time registration correctly.
Step 1 - Add personnel members
Before you can register hours, your personnel members must first be added to Agromanager.
Create a personnel file for each employee.
More information can be found in the article How do I add a new personnel member?
Step 2 - Add activities
Next, create the activities on which you want to register the worked hours.
Examples include:
- Picking
- Pruning
- Sorting
- Packing
- Maintenance
- General work
More information can be found in the article Create a new activity
Step 3 - Print personnel badges
To let personnel members start quickly via the Timer app, you can use personnel badges.
You can print a badge in two ways:
- Via the details screen of the personnel member.
- Via the personnel overview using the Print button.
When you print the badges from the personnel overview, you can select multiple personnel members at once and print their badges together.

Step 4 - Start personnel members via the Timer app
The easiest way to register hours during the working day is via the Timer app.
Open the Timer app and first choose the activity on which you want to start the personnel members.
Then scan the badges of the personnel members who are starting this activity one by one.
After scanning, the personnel members are started on the selected activity.
In the Timer app, you can immediately see which personnel members are active.
You can also find this information in your Agromanager account. To do this, go to Devices and open the details of the device on which the Timer app is active.
Step 5 - Pause or stop
Via the Timer app, you can pause or stop personnel members during the day.
When everyone takes a break or stops working at the same time, you can do this directly via the scanner for all active personnel members using the everyone button.
Is only one personnel member taking a break or stopping work? Then scan that personnel member’s badge again.
At the end of the working day, stop all active personnel members so that their time registration is closed correctly.
Optional - Working with working hours
You can also add fixed working hours to activities.
This can be useful when personnel members work according to a fixed schedule. Agromanager can then take these working hours into account when processing the registered hours.
More information can be found in the article Add working hours to existing activities
Step 6 - Process registered hours
When all activities have been stopped at the end of the working day, you can retrieve and process the registered hours in Agromanager.
During this processing, you check the registered hours before they are definitively included in the time registration.
More information can be found in the article How do I retrieve a time registration?
