Step 1 - Open Harvest module
On the left side of your screen you will find the different modules, including the Harvest module.
Step 2 - Open Load overview
In the menu under Harvest you will find the item Registration. Through this item you open the screen with an overview of all your loads.
Step 3 - Set up Fruitmaster integration
At the top you can find a green bar stating that the integration with Fruitmasters is active.
Click the Download harvest plan button, you will be redirected to a pop-up screen where you must link crops, packaging and, if applicable, cold storage.
Step 4 - Link data
In the dropdown on the Fruitmasters side you can find the crops as they are registered in their system. You will link your crops in Agromanager with the crops that Fruitmasters has in their system.
Attention!
You may have multiple crops that fall under one crop at Fruitmasters. The reverse is not possible: you cannot link two crops at Fruitmasters to one crop in your Agromanager environment.
After filling in packaging you will have the option to link cold stores for growers who store fruit at Fruitmaster. If you store your own fruit, you will not see this option.
After saving you will return to the overview page.
Step 5 - Download harvest plan
After linking the crops, packaging and, if applicable, cold stores, you can download the harvest plan. Here you will get the overview with your crops, packaging, cold storage location and clearance month.
If you do your own storage you will see that N/A appears under packaging.
In the column "amount" you can find the number of announced stock bins (in brackets) and the already received stock bins.
Step 6 - Fruit registration
To print barcodes you need to register fruit, you can do this via the Register button in the actions column.
A pop-up will appear where part of the data is already filled in, such as customer, crop, variety and storage location. If you store at Fruitmasters, packaging, harvest and storage period will also already be filled in.
Fill in the desired data and save. The pop-up with the barcodes to print will be displayed.
When registering stock bins for own storage, you will see the following pop-ups;
Indicate what your harvest is suitable for and depending on that you will get a pop-up with instructions on the color label you should use.

Once you have completed a registration you will see it appear under harvest registration in the overview under harvest plan.
