With Agromanager, you can easily generate an overview of fertiliser usage via the Spraybook module. Follow the steps below to generate this report:
Step 1 - Open Spraybook Reports
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. The Treatments Overview screen will now open automatically. Then click Reports at the bottom left of the blue menu. Once this page has opened, select the report "Spraybook: Usage".
Step 2 – Fill in the report criteria
- From/to: Select the period for which you want to generate the report.
- Area: Specify the area for which the usage should be calculated.
- Product type: Choose Only products without authorisation numbers to display fertilisers only.
- Crops: Select the crops for which you want to view the usage.
- Products/active substances: Indicate whether you want to show the products, the active substances, or both.
- Report type: Choose how the report should be structured (by crop, variety, crop group, or company).
- Document type: Select the desired format (Excel or PDF).
Step 3 – Generate the report
Click Generate report at the bottom of the page.
When the report is ready, it will have the status Available. You can then download it via the download link.
