How do I perform a stock correction / stock count for empties?

When the registered stock of empties in Agromanager does not match the physical stock, you can adjust the quantities through a stock correction. To do this, create both an inbound delivery note (for a negative correction) and an outbound delivery note (for a positive correction) and add the note stock correction. This way, it always remains clear and traceable which adjustments have been made.

Step 1 – Open the Stock module and check current stock

On the left side of your screen, you will find the various modules, including the Empties Stock module. Here, check the quantities currently registered in your Agromanager and note which quantities need to be adjusted.

Step 2 – Open the Delivery module

On the left side of your screen, you will also find the Delivery module. This module contains two types of delivery notes: Import and Export. Click on the type of note you need to adjust the stock. After clicking, you will see a list showing all export or import delivery notes respectively.

How do I create a delivery note export?

Step 3 – Create a new export delivery note (positive correction)

Click on New export delivery note in the top right corner to go to the next screen. On the left side of your screen, several parameters will appear that need to be filled in. Enter the required parameters and in the Remarks field, type stock correction. Then, select the correct empties and enter the quantity that needs to be added to the stock. Save the delivery note once all information has been entered correctly.

Step 4 – Create a new import delivery note (negative correction)

To decrease the stock of empties, follow the same steps as for creating an export delivery note, but in the Delivery module, choose New import delivery note. Again, in the Remarks field, type stock correction. Select the correct empties and enter the quantity that should be deducted from the stock. Save the delivery note once all information has been entered correctly.

 Tip

By always adding stock correction in the remarks field, you can easily filter the overview later and quickly find all stock corrections.
