Viewing ongoing time tracking on a device (V8)

In this article, you will learn how to check whether a timer registration is active on a device, which staff members are working, which activity they are carrying out and how to add additional staff members.

Step 1 - Open the Time tracking module

On the homepage of your environment, click Modules on the left. The different modules will then appear as green tiles. 
Click the Time tracking tile.

Step 2 - Open Timer > Devices

Click Timer and then open Devices.

You will see an overview of all linked devices.

In this overview, you can immediately see whether an ongoing timer registration is active on a device.

Step 3 - Open the details of a device

Find the device you want to check and click the blue Open button in the Actions column.

In the details screen, you will find, among other things:

• the ongoing activities on the device;
• the staff members who are currently active;
• the actions performed, such as Start, Pause and Stop;
• the last known location of the device on the map.

Step 4 - Add additional staff members

Would you like to add additional staff members to an ongoing activity? Click Start in the top right of the details screen.

Using this button, you can add additional staff members to an activity that is already active or start a new activity on the same device.

The selected staff members will then be included in the device's timer registration.

Troubleshooting

1. You cannot see any devices
   Check whether any devices are linked to your Agromanager environment.
   More information can be found in How do I link a device to my environment? 
2. The device's location is missing
   The device may not have sent a location yet, or the device's location services may be turned off.
