Starting with Peppol in Agromanager

To be able to invoice via Peppol, the customer data must be completed with the correct Peppol scheme and Peppol ID.

Agromanager checks this automatically based on the data in the Peppol Directory.

When a customer is already registered in Peppol, Agromanager automatically fills in the Peppol scheme and Peppol ID in the contact details under My company → Contacts. When creating a new contact, the Peppol ID is also automatically retrieved based on the VAT number if one is available.

The steps below explain how to send an invoice via Peppol.

Step 1 – Open the invoicing module

On the left side of your screen, you will find the menu with different modules. Click on Invoicing to open the available options.

Then create an invoice following the steps in this article: How do I create an invoice?

Below we continue from the final step: sending the invoice.

Step 2 – Sending the invoice via Peppol

  1. Open the invoice details.
  2. Click on Send.
  3. Select the option Data via Peppol.

Once you activate this option, the Peppol details of both the sender and the recipient will be displayed.

Are the Peppol details not correct?

Then click on Contact file. There you can adjust the Peppol scheme and/or Peppol ID.

Then click the green Send button to complete the Peppol transmission.

Step 3 – Verification of the transmission

After sending, you can easily check whether the transmission via Peppol was successful:

  • In the invoice details overview, a green globe icon will appear in the Processing column. This indicates that the transmission was successful.

  • In the invoice details you can find under the Log section that the invoice was successfully sent.
