To generate the Planet Proof report, navigate from the homepage of your environment via the left-hand menu to Modules and then click the green Spraybook tile.
On the left-hand side of the screen, click Reports at the bottom.
Here, you can now click on Spraybook: Planet Proof.
Enter the period for which you want the report. Select whether you want to generate it in PDF or Excel format. Click the green Generate button.
The report will appear on the right-hand side in the overview. At first, you will see an orange Report Queued message.
After a few seconds, this changes into a green Available message, after which you can download the document via the blue Download button.
The generated report will then look as follows:
Within Planet Proof, a distinction is made between products for which the total applied quantity across all Planet Proof crops is taken into account, products that result in bonus points, and products that result in penalty points.
Bonus points are only awarded once, regardless of the number of spray applications. In other words: if a product results in a bonus point, you will receive this point only once, regardless of how often the product was used. Penalty points, on the other hand, are awarded per treatment: each application of a product that results in penalty points leads to an additional penalty point.
The penalty points in the Planet Proof report are based on the crop with the highest number of penalty points, in other words the most heavily treated crop. Only this crop is therefore mentioned in the report. The displayed dosage (kg/ha) is separate from this. This dosage is the average in kg/ha that was applied for the relevant crop across all Planet Proof crops.
The applied active substances that are relevant for the Planet Proof report can be consulted separately for each certified crop via the Crop sheet. To do this, go within the Spraybook Pack to Spraybook > Crop sheet and open a Planet Proof-certified crop.
Scroll down until you find the Planet Proof section.
Exception: Glyphosate is an active substance for which a maximum allowance applies within Planet Proof. Depending on the applied quantity, there are threshold values that determine whether −1, −2 or −3 penalty points are awarded. Glyphosate is assessed company-wide. This means that the calculation is not based solely on the Planet Proof crop, but on the total farm area. In addition, glyphosate is not included in the Planet Proof report, because only penalty points are awarded for it.

Make sure that within the Spraybook Pack, under Crop > Certification, all Planet Proof-certified crops are filled in correctly. Please note: participation in Planet Proof takes place per crop. This check is currently not implemented automatically in Agromanager, which means you must verify yourself and ensure that all crops within a crop type are correctly ticked.
