Step 1 - Open the Cultivation module
Open one of the following packs in Agromanager to access the Cultivation module
- Spray Log
- GPS
- Harvest
- Time Registration
Then click on the Cultivation section in the left-hand menu, after which several options will appear.
Step 2 - Open the Greenhouses overview
In the overview located under Cultivation, you will find the Greenhouses button. Clicking this button opens the screen with an overview of all your greenhouses.
Step 3 - Add a new Greenhouse
Step 4 - Enter information
In the new screen that opens, you can fill in all parameters to create a new greenhouse.
The following parameters must be completed when creating a greenhouse:
- Greenhouse No.: This is the sequence number of the greenhouse.
- Greenhouse name: Enter the name of the greenhouse here.
- Cadastral No.: Optionally enter your cadastral number.
- GLN Number: Optionally enter your GLN number.
- Grower: Select the grower associated with the greenhouse.
- Country: The country where the greenhouse is located.
- Soil-based cultivation: Indicate whether the greenhouse uses soil-based cultivation.
- Water extraction area: Indicate whether the greenhouse is located in a water extraction area.
- Remarks: Free text field where you can add additional information about the greenhouse.
In addition to the greenhouse details, you must also enter the greenhouse setup:
- Light transmittance: Enter the light transmittance expressed in µmol.
- Greenhouse height: Enter the height of the greenhouse.
- Path width: Enter the width of the paths.
- Heating available?: Indicate whether heating is available in the greenhouse.
Step 5 - Save
Once all information has been entered correctly, click Save at the bottom of the screen. This will open the overview containing all details of the greenhouse. Your greenhouse can now be found in the Greenhouses overview.
