How do I register my completed treatment?

Attention!

Before you can enter a treatment, you must first add a crop, machine, and machine configuration.

Step 1 - Open the Spraybook module

Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. The Treatments Overview screen will now open automatically. In this screen, you can see all treatments that have already been carried out.

To register a new treatment, click "New treatment" at the top right. Then choose the type of treatment you want to carry out from the dropdown. This is important for the rest of the registration process. You will only be able to add products to your treatment that are suitable for the selected type.

Crop: For a crop treatment

Natural enemies: To register the use of natural enemies

Weed: For a weed treatment

Fertilisation: For fertilisation

Fertigation: For application via fertigation

Other: For another type of treatment without chemical products, such as mechanical weed removal

Step 2 - Select the country

If your crops/plots are not spread across multiple countries, this explanation is not relevant for you.

When your crops/plots are located in multiple countries, you will see a screen where you need to select the country in which you are carrying out the treatment. Choose the country and click the green Next button. You will then see a screen where you can enter the details of your treatment.

Step 3 - Enter the treatment date and start/end time

At the top of your screen, enter the start and end date of your treatment. You will see that this is automatically filled in with the current date. You can easily change this by clicking the date with your cursor. This also applies to the start and end time.

Step 4 - Determine the treated area

On the left-hand side of your screen, you can select the type on which the area will be based. Below the image, you can find the necessary information about what each section means, so you know how to fill it in.

Display:
Here you indicate whether you want to carry out the treatment by crop, by plot, by treatment unit*, by grower, or organic.

*This is a grouping of crops. For creating a new treatment unit, we refer you to the article How do I add a new treatment unit?.

What are you going to treat:
Select which crop/plot/treatment unit you are going to treat. You can expand the options further by clicking the arrow.

Area type:
Via the settings under My Company, you can enter a default area type for each type of spraying, such as crop, weed, etc.

  • Gross - Crop x Spray factor: You will carry out the treatment on your gross crop area multiplied by the spray factor of this crop.
  • Gross - Crop: You will carry out the treatment on the gross crop area.
  • Gross - Weed strip: You only treat the weed strip of the gross area.
  • Gross - Grass strip: You only treat the grass strip of the gross area.
  • Net: This is the same as above, but the net area is used instead of the gross area.

Treatment area:
This is calculated automatically based on the options selected above.

Step 5 - Add products

On the right-hand side of the screen, you can add the products used for the treatment by clicking the green "Add" button.

Then choose from which stock location the product comes. After entry, the used quantity is automatically deducted from the selected stock location.

The next step is to add the following parameters:

Name: Here you select the name of the product you are going to use. The easiest way is to type the product name directly in the field. This allows you to quickly see whether the product is shown in the list. If the product is not in the list, click all products. You will then get a list of all products in our database.

Dosage/ha*: Here you enter how much of this product you want to use per hectare for this treatment.

Total product*: Here you enter how much of the product you use during this treatment.

Reason: Enter the reason why you are carrying out this treatment.

* If you fill in one parameter, the other is automatically filled in by the system.

If you want to remove the product again, click the red Delete button. This button is located next to the product, in the Actions column.

After the first product has been added to the treatment, the treatment type is determined based on the selected product and the previously selected treatment type: Chemical, Biological, Weed, Fertilisation, or Fertigation.

Once the type has been determined, you will only be able to add products to your treatment that are suitable for this type. For example, adding a herbicide to a chemical crop treatment would no longer be possible.

If the first product you choose does not match the selected treatment type, the system will ask whether you want to change your treatment type.

Is your product not in the list?

You can have it added by clicking the white Product not found? button.
You will automatically be redirected to the form page to submit the request for the new product.

Do you want to quickly see how much product you still have in stock?

Click the blue Stock button. Here you will see an overview of how much of this product is still in stock.

What do the environmental impact icons next to the products mean?

When you carry out a treatment in the Netherlands, you will see environmental impact information for various products. You can find more information about this in the following article:
