V8 - How do I add pallets retour?

Step 1 – Open the Delivery module

Open the Sorting and packaging tile.
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find the menu with the different modules, including Delivery. Click Delivery to open the available options.

To return one or more pallets, it is important that you know on which original outgoing delivery note these pallets were shipped.
You can easily check this by scanning the barcode of the pallet(s) with the mobile app. In the details, you can then see which outgoing delivery note the pallet is linked to.

Step 2 – Open Outgoing

Under the Delivery module, select Overview. This opens a screen with an overview of all delivery notes.

Use the 'Type' filter to limit the overview to outgoing delivery notes.
If you cannot immediately find the required note, you may need to adjust the period filter at the top.

Step 3 - Open the delivery note details

On the right-hand side, in the Actions column, you will find the blue Open button. Use this button to open the screen containing the delivery note details.

The Return button is only available when your delivery note has been completed.

Step 4 - Return pallet(s)

You will find the Return button in the Status section.

When you click the Return button, a new screen will open where you can select the pallet(s) being returned. Select the ones that are being returned and click Save.

A pop-up will then appear where you can specify how many packages per pallet are being returned.
Click Save.  A new barcode will be generated with the quantity being returned.
After confirming, you will return to the delivery note details overview. The returned pallet(s) will receive the Return status.

Step 5 - Create a credit note

If an order has already been created, a pop-up will appear stating that the selected codes have already been invoiced.
If you go to the order details, the invoice button will contain a dropdown with the option to credit the return.
Only the pallet(s) that you marked as returned will be visible on the credit note.
