Step 1 – Open Sorting and packaging
Go to the home page of your environment and click the Sorting and packaging tile.
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the menu with several sections, including Delivery.
Click Delivery and then select Incoming.
You will now see an overview of all existing incoming delivery notes.
Step 2 - New incoming delivery note
Click New incoming delivery note in the top-right corner to go to the next screen.

Enter the incoming delivery note details
Several parameters will appear on the left-hand side of your screen that need to be completed. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Type: This is filled in automatically.
Date: Date on which the incoming delivery took place or will take place.
Supplier: Here you specify where the incoming delivery originates from.
Recipient: Here you specify the company for which the fruit is intended.
Carrier: Here you specify who is responsible for transporting the fruit.
Client: Here you can specify who the client is.
Licence plate 1 and 2: This is an optional field. Here you can enter the licence plate(s) of the vehicles or trucks that delivered the goods.
Delivery reference: This is a free-text field where you can choose what to enter. For example, this could be the delivery number shown on the supplier’s own delivery note.
Remarks: Here you can add any information about the delivery that is important to you. This field is, of course, optional.Checklist
On the right-hand side, you can use a checklist to assess the delivery. You can create or add this yourself via the lists under My company. (My company -> lists -> checklist)
Save the incoming delivery note
Once you have entered all details correctly, click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a screen containing all the details of this delivery note.
Step 3 - Add empty packaging
From the delivery note details screen, click Incoming in the status bar.You will be redirected to the incoming page, where you can add a New registration for empty packaging.
If you select empty packaging, a pop-up will appear where you can choose the empty packaging type, empty packaging item, quantity and how many items you want per barcode sticker. You can choose whether or not to print the barcode sticker and attach it to the empty packaging item.
