Step 1 - Open the Spraybook module
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. The Treatments Overview screen will now open automatically. In this screen, you can see all treatments that have already been carried out.
Step 2 - Open Contacts
Step 3 - Add partner
At the top of the page, click Partners. A list of all partners that can be linked will open. You can link the desired partner by clicking the Add button. This green button is located on the right-hand side, next to the supplier name, in the Actions column.
You will then see a screen where you need to enter your customer number for the relevant partner. If you have multiple customer numbers with one supplier, use %%. Enter one customer number followed by %% and then the next customer number. Once you have done this, click Next.
When you click Next, a request is submitted to create the connection.
Attention!
As soon as the supplier sends the delivery notes to Agromanager via the connection, they are automatically retrieved overnight. This means the delivery notes will be available in Agromanager no earlier than the next day.
