On the homepage of your environment, you can click Modules on the left-hand side. The different modules will then appear as green tiles. Click the General tile.
You can now find Configuration at the bottom left.
The different settings for the "Time registration" section are described below.
Staff: show training courses? *: If this is set to 'yes', a "Training courses" section will appear in the detail view of a staff member. Here you can enter the first aid number, driving license number, forklift license number and/or quality certificate number.
Timer: Minimum allowed GPS accuracy (m): No data will be retrieved below this distance. This is also indicated in red during registration.
Staff: show competencies? *: If this is set to 'yes', a "Competencies" section will appear in the detail view of a staff member. Here you can enter the spoken languages of a staff member and a satisfaction score.
Timer: Maximum extra detection radius around current crop (m): If you go beyond this distance, the system will no longer indicate crop recognition. For example, when switching from one crop to another, the registration will be recorded as 'no crop'.
Staff: show invoicing details? *: If this is set to 'yes', an "Invoicing details" section will appear in the detail view of a staff member. Here you can enter the IBAN account number, BIC code, name of the account holder and withholding tax (%).
Timer: Number of detection points for a new crop switch: Once this number is reached, the system switches to another crop. This is especially important when crops are located next to each other. As soon as a crop is detected in a certain number of points, a crop switch will take place.
Timer: How many minutes must a lot be open before switching?: By entering a number of minutes here, you can temporarily open other sorting lots to look something up, without changing the active lot in the time registration of a sorting activity.
Staff: Timer may automatically activate employees? *: If this is set to 'yes', scanning a staff member’s badge will automatically activate that staff member, regardless of whether they were set to active or inactive.
Staff: Harvest may automatically activate employees? *: When an inactive staff badge is scanned, the staff member is automatically reactivated.
Timer: Allow crop switch during break? *: When staff members move while the activity in the timer app is paused, a crop switch can still be registered. For example, when they go to another crop during their lunch break to continue working there.
Staff: Default calculation of accommodation costs?
Last day worked: Only the days up to and including the last day worked are included for accommodation costs. For example, if the pay period runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, but work was only performed until, for example, the twentieth day of the month, only the first twenty days of the month are included for accommodation costs.
End of pay period: The full pay period is charged for accommodation costs, regardless of how many days were worked.
Worked days only: Accommodation costs are only charged on days for which worked hours are registered.
Per worked hour: Calculates the total of the hours actually worked.
Full pay period: The full pay period is charged.
Here you determine which option should be selected by default.
Timer: Add automatic break according to working hours?: If this is set to 'yes', breaks are automatically added based on the working hours linked to an activity.
Staff: Show activity on payslip? *: Do you want to show the name of the activities on the payslip or not? If this is set to 'no', a separate template is used where the activity is not shown.
Staff: Keep Badge ID when deactivating *: This function relates to external badge IDs. It determines whether the badge remains linked to a staff member, even when they are set to inactive.
Timer: Start new activity at midnight? *: By setting this to yes, a new activity is automatically started that follows the previous one. This also allows hours during night shifts to be registered.
Staff: Sort detailed time registration: This setting determines whether the overview of individual time registrations is shown from old to new or from new to old:
