On the homepage of your environment, you can click Modules on the left-hand side. The different modules will then appear as green tiles. Click the General tile.
You can now find Configuration at the bottom left.
The different settings for the "Delivery" section are described below.
Delivery: year number (empty = current year): If you want to start the numbering of delivery notes with a different year, for example per season instead of per calendar year.
Delivery: Default sender: Here you can choose from your own companies. You set the company from which deliveries usually depart.
Delivery: Show checklist *: For BRC, a checklist must be ticked off for every import and export delivery note. You can create and fully customise this under Configuration - checklist. By enabling this setting, the checklist will appear on the delivery notes.
Delivery: Suggest packaging supplier during fruit import *: Determines how the supplier of empty packaging is set. When enabled, the supplier from the delivery note is automatically copied. When disabled, you must manually select the supplier each time.
Delivery: Number imports separately *: Export and import delivery notes each have their own numbering.
Delivery: Add delivery location to delivery note *: You have the option to add multiple locations under a contact. When creating a delivery note, you can also determine the delivery location for that customer. This will then be shown when printing the delivery note.
Delivery: Confirmation step before completing *: This is an intermediate step asking whether you are sure you want to complete the delivery note.
Delivery: Fruit delivery: Determines whether you work with sorted or unsorted products. This is useful for companies that exclusively use one of these flows. It is linked to the fruit naming function.
Delivery: Fruit delivery name: Here you set the name used on delivery notes.
For example, you can use “products” instead of “fruit” when you process more than just fruit in Agromanager.
Delivery: Free text input possible *: In addition to comments, an extra field is available where you can add information for the customer.
Delivery: Free text input fruit: Determines the name for products on the delivery note. For example, if you set this to “vegetables”:
When using both sorted and unsorted, you will see “Unsorted vegetables” and “Sorted vegetables”.
If you only work with one of the two, only “vegetables” will be shown.
This setting therefore works for both sorted and unsorted flows.
Delivery: Use delivery reference as invoice reference *: The lot reference from the delivery note will be copied as the reference if it was filled in.
Delivery: Include separately entered items without delivery note in balance report *: Empty packaging entered without a delivery note is also included in the empty packaging delivery balance report.
Delivery: Add 'GLOBAL G.A.P. certified' to every note *: If this setting is enabled, this will be mentioned on every delivery note, as required for CoC and GlobalG.A.P.
Delivery: Add me to CC when sending a delivery note *: Adds the company email address to the CC recipients when sending the delivery note.
Delivery: Apply discount to prices on pick order printout *: Determines how discounts are shown on the printout of a pick order.
Disabled: you see both the original price and the discount separately.
Enabled: the discount is immediately included in the price and is not shown separately.
Use: useful when you work with commission through an intermediary and do not want to show the original price and discount, but only the final price.
Delivery: Print in progress as draft *: If you print the delivery note while it has the status in progress, “draft” is printed on the delivery note to emphasise that it has not yet been completed.
Delivery: Fill in license plate *: If you have not yet entered a license plate when creating the delivery note, you will get a pop-up when completing it asking you to fill in the license plate.
Print SSCC labels from delivery note *: Determines whether SSCC labels can be printed from the delivery note. By default, SSCC codes are already created during sorting.
This setting is intended for situations where additional information, only known at delivery, must be printed on the label. When enabled, the internal codes are converted to SSCC codes when the delivery note is completed.
