On the homepage of your environment, you can click Modules on the left-hand side. The different modules will then appear as green tiles. Click the General tile.
You can now find Configuration at the bottom left.
The different settings for the "Sorting" section are described below.
Sorting: Lot reference available *: Option to link a lot reference to your sorting lot in addition to the lot name. This can, for example, be a lot code from your customer.
Country of origin selection *: If you set this to no, you cannot change the country of origin. The country under the setting "default country of origin" will then become the default country for every sorting lot.
Sorting: Ask for empty packaging location *: If you work with multiple empty packaging locations because you have multiple sorting machines, you will get the option to assign empty packaging to these locations. This allows you to have stock of one empty packaging item at multiple locations. During sorting, empty packaging is then only deducted from the linked location.
Sorting: Default country of origin: Here you can specify the country that is most commonly used for sorting. This can always be changed.
Sorted overview: overview expires after: The time interval after which the stock overview is refreshed.

Sorting: Register responsible person *: If you enable this function, only a responsible person with their staff badge can perform a registration at the sorting line.
Sorted overview: Show fridge *: Determines whether this column is shown in the overview or not. The more columns you enable, the heavier the overview becomes to load.
Sorted overview: Show crop *: Determines whether this column is shown in the overview or not. The more columns you enable, the heavier the overview becomes to load.
Sorted overview: Show delivery reference *: Determines whether this column is shown in the overview or not. The more columns you enable, the heavier the overview becomes to load.
Product: Default sorting machine: If you work with multiple sorting machines, you can set one machine as the default when creating a sorting lot.
Shared sorted overview: show week number *: Attention! This is not in your own stock overview, but in the sharing with, for example, customers. You do not always want to enable this, because the customer will then know exactly how old the pallets are.
Sorting: Activate empty packaging tracing *: If this is enabled, you can link empty packaging to fruit. For BRC-certified growers, this is an important function to guarantee traceability. It will also show available empty packaging in the production screen. You cannot register a product if an empty packaging item is no longer in stock. Important: this function does not work in combination with allowing empty packaging stock below 0!
Sorting: Show tracking number *: Specific setting for customers who have an SAP connection with The Greenery. This can be useful for customers who want to link an external number to their sorted fruit.
Product registration: show filters: If you set this to no, no pop-up will appear when opening product registration to filter by size, class and possibly pieces. You will only see a search bar, and all products added to the sorting lot will be visible.
Product registration: show search bar *: If you set this to no, you will not be able to search for a specific product in your product registration screen.

Article: Show number *: Allows you to assign an article number to a product.
This is required, for example, when working with SSCC labels, where a GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) is required. The GTIN forms the unique article number for a specific product combination, such as size, class and packaging.
Sorting: Show reject percentage *: The difference between the output fruit and the input fruit is shown as a percentage on your sorting report. This gives an indication of the quality and the weights of your stock crates on import.
Sorting: Allow empty packaging stock below 0 [Obsolete] *: This setting allows you to assign empty packaging that you do not have in stock when registering sorted fruit. A lot number is assigned to the empty packaging with a negative balance. As soon as you import the empty packaging item, you will receive a pop-up message stating that your negative empty packaging stock has been cleared.
Sorting: Show checklist *: For BRC, it is important that a checklist is completed before you start sorting. You can configure this checklist under configuration - checklists. By setting this option to yes, the checklist will also be added to your sorting lot.
Sorting: Number repacking lots separately *: Sorting lots and repacking lots are numbered separately when this setting is enabled. Sorting lots then start with SOL/year/0001 and repacking lots with OPL/year/0001.
