How do I split an existing pallet?

When you want to move part of the colli from a pallet to a new pallet, you can easily do this using the split function. A new barcode is automatically created for the split portion, and the quantity on the original pallet is reduced.

Step 1 – Open the barcode details

At the top of every page, you will find the search bar Search a code. Enter the barcode of the pallet you want to split to open its details. You can also open the barcode details via Delivery note, Fruit registration, Unsorted fruit stock or Sorted fruit stock.

Step 2 – Split the pallet

In the barcode detail overview, click the Split button. A pop-up will appear where you can specify how many colli you want to split.

Confirm by clicking continue, after which you will be asked if you want to place the split colli on a new pallet. Then click Finish to complete the split.

Step 3 – New barcode for the split quantity

As a result, a new barcode is automatically created for the split pallet. You can immediately print this new barcode. The original barcode is automatically reduced by the number of colli you have split.

Tip

Save or print the new barcode immediately after splitting, so you can attach it directly to the new pallet.

Tip: You can also split using the scanner app. See the following support article: How to split a pallet using the scanner app
