On the home page of your environment, you can click Modules on the left-hand side. The different modules will then appear as green tiles. Click the Spraybook tile.
At the bottom left, you can now find Configuration > Settings.
The different settings for the "Spraybook" section are described below.
Treatment: Default area type: Here you can choose the area type that is used by default in the Spraybook when registering a new treatment. The values used are registered under your crops. A distinction is made between:
Crop: set to Gross - Crop x Spray factor by default
Weed: set to Gross - Weed strip by default
Fertilisation: set to Gross - Crop by default
Other: set to Gross - Crop by default
The options are:
Gross - Crop x Spray factor: The treated area is calculated using the gross value of the crop area, taking into account the configured spray factor of the relevant crop.
Gross - Crop: The treated area is calculated using the gross value of the crop area.
Gross - Weed strip: The treated area is calculated using the gross value of the weed strip.
Gross - Grass strip: The treated area is calculated using the gross value of the grass strip.
Net - Crop x Spray factor: The treated area is calculated using the net value of the crop area, taking into account the configured spray factor of the relevant crop.
Net - Crop: The treated area is calculated using the net value of the crop area.
Net - Weed strip: The treated area is calculated using the net value of the weed strip.
Net - Grass strip: The treated area is calculated using the gross value of the grass strip.
Crop: Show unit on map: Shows the unit, ha or mu, on the map when creating or editing a crop.
Treatment: Check immediately *: When this setting is set to yes, Agromanager checks the newly entered registration immediately after saving it in the treatment overview or planning. If this setting is set to no, Agromanager does not automatically check the treatments after entry and you must use the “Check treatments” button yourself.
Product stock: Expires after? (s): Here you can set after how many minutes your product stock is calculated. You can choose between 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 4 hours.
Treatments: Check the following items: Here you can set which items the treatments are checked for by default.
Product stock: Show products that expired last year *: When this setting is set to no, which is the default setting, you cannot add products to your stock and/or treatments that expired in the previous year. If you set this setting to yes, you will see the products that expired in the previous year.
Tank registration report: Font size: Here you can set the font size for the printout of the tank registration report.
Product Check V2: In 2025, the Spraybook module was reworked and a new and improved product check was introduced: “Product Check V2”. This setting is set to yes by default so that the new check is carried out. Do NOT change this setting.
Treatment: Crop selection is set to by default: Here you can set how the crops are displayed by default when entering or editing a treatment. You can choose from the following groupings: crops, plots, treatment unit, grower, organic, or varieties.
Treatment details: Show other treatments: When this setting is set to yes, you can navigate more easily from the treatment details screen to previous and next treatments without having to return to the treatment overview screen.
Treatment: Show environmental impact points: Here you can set whether you want to display the environmental impact points by default when entering a new treatment or opening an existing treatment. Click here for more information about these environmental impact points.
Planning: Check: This option makes it possible to have entered plannings checked by an assigned crop manager. Treatments can be created by the assigned users, but can only be completed after approval by a user assigned as crop manager.
