Step 1 - Open the Time Registration module
On the home page of your environment, you can click Modules on the left-hand side. The various modules will then appear as green tiles.
Click the Time Registration tile.
Step 2 - Go to Settings
At the bottom left, go to Configuration > Settings.
Then click to open "8. Time Registration".
Below is an explanation of the various settings for the "Time Registration" section:
Personnel: display training courses? *:
If this is set to 'yes', a "Training courses" section will appear in the detailed view of an employee. The first aid number, driving licence number, forklift truck licence number and/or quality certificate number can be entered here.
Timer: Minimum permitted GPS accuracy (m):
No data will be retrieved below this distance. This is also indicated in red during registration.
Personnel: display competencies? *:
If this is set to 'yes', a "Competencies" section will appear in the detailed view of an employee. The languages spoken by an employee and a satisfaction score can be entered here.
Timer: Maximum additional detection radius around current crop (m):
If you move outside this distance, the system will no longer indicate crop recognition.
For example, when switching from one crop to another, the registration will be recorded as 'no crop'.
Personnel: display invoicing details? *:
If this is set to 'yes', an "Invoicing details" section will appear in the detailed view of an employee. The IBAN account number, BIC code, account holder's name and wage withholding tax (%) can be entered here.
Timer: Number of detection points for a new crop change:
Once this number is reached, the system switches to another crop. This is particularly important when crops are adjacent to each other. As soon as a crop is detected at a certain number of points, a crop change will take place.
Timer: How many minutes must a lot be open before switching?:
By entering a number of minutes here, you can temporarily open other sorting lots to look something up, without the active lot changing in the time registration of a sorting activity.
Personnel: May Timer automatically activate employees? *:
If this is set to 'yes', scanning an employee's badge will automatically activate that employee, regardless of whether they were set to active or inactive.
Personnel: May Harvest automatically activate employees? *:
Scanning an inactive employee badge automatically reactivates the employee.
Timer: Allow crop changes during breaks? *:
When employees move around while the activity in the timer app is paused, a crop change can still be registered. For example, when they go to another crop during their lunch break to continue working there.

Personnel: Default calculation of accommodation costs?
Last day worked: Only the days up to and including the last day worked are included in the accommodation costs. For example, if the pay period runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, but work is only carried out up to, for example, the twentieth day of the month, only the first twenty days of the month are included in the accommodation costs.
End of pay period: The full pay period is charged for accommodation costs, regardless of how many days were worked.
Worked days only: Accommodation costs are charged only for days on which hours worked have been recorded.
Per hour worked: Calculates the total number of hours actually worked.
-
Full pay period: The full pay period is charged.
Here you determine what should be checked by default.
Timer: Add automatic break according to working hours?:
If this is set to 'yes', breaks are automatically added based on the working hours linked to an activity.
Personnel: Display activity on payslip? *:
Do you want to display the names of the activities on the payslip or not? If this is set to 'no', a separate template is used that does not include the activity.
Personnel: Retain BadgeID when deactivating *:
This function relates to external badge IDs. It determines whether the badge remains linked to an employee, even when the employee is set to inactive.
Timer: Start a new activity at midnight? *:
By setting this to yes, a new activity is automatically started that follows on from the previous one. This also allows hours worked during night shifts to be registered.
Personnel: Sort detailed hour registration:
This setting determines whether the overview of the individual hour registrations is displayed from oldest to newest or from newest to oldest:
