In Agromanager, you can consult your empties stock via the Sorting and Packing tile. Here you will find an overview of the empties that are currently in stock. You can also click through per empties item to view the details, lot numbers and movements.
Step 1 - Open the Sorting and Packing tile
Open the Sorting and Packing tile on the dashboard. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities related to sorting, stock, deliveries and empties.
Step 2 - Open empties stock
On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find the different modules. Click empties stock.
Here you will see an overview of the empties that you currently have in stock.
Step 3 - Open the details of an empties item
In the overview, you can open the details of a specific empties item via the Actions column.
In this detail overview, you will find the different lot numbers. For each lot number, you can also see from which supplier the empties originates.
Step 4 - View the movements of the empties
At the top of the detail overview, you can click through to Log. Here you can view the movements of the selected empties item.
Do you want to view the movements of a specific lot number? Then click Open in the Actions column. You will then be taken to the logbook of that empties item with that specific lot number.
Step 5 - View the details of the delivery note
In the logbook, you can consult the details of the linked import delivery note. This allows you to check via which delivery note the empties was registered.
Step 6 - Edit or delete an empties lot
From the logbook, you can also edit or delete an empties lot.
Please note: be careful when doing this. When you edit or delete an empties lot, this may affect the traceability of your empties.
Do you want to adjust the stock of your empties? Always do this via an import note or export note with the mention stock correction. This ensures that the history and traceability remain correctly preserved.
