If your company has multiple stock locations for storing crop protection products and fertilisers, you can create multiple stock locations. This allows you to register stock movements, such as input and usage, per stock location.
Step 1 - Open Spraybook locations
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. The Treatments Overview screen will now open automatically. In the blue menu on the left, look for "Configuration". Click this so the menu expands, then click "Locations" to open the location overview.
Step 2 - Add new location
In the overview, you will see the existing locations. To add a new location, click the green "New Location" button at the top right.
Step 3 - Create new location
When creating the new location, several parameters need to be filled in:
Name: Each location needs a unique name so it can be easily recognised.
Street: The street where the location is located
Postal code: The postal code of the location
City: The city where the location is located
Country: The country where the location is located
Type: Choose the desired location type here:
- Spraybook for crop protection stock
- Cooling for cold storage facilities
- Empty packaging for empty packaging storage locations
Step 4 - Save
Once the details have been entered correctly, click the green "Save" button at the bottom.
