The harvest report in Agromanager shows the total number of kilograms harvested during the selected period. The report is based on the active harvest registrations found in the Harvest Registration screen.
Step 1 - Harvest - Open Reports
Open the Harvest module in Agromanager. The sorted/unsorted harvest registration overview will open automatically. Click "Reports" in the menu on the left to open the reporting screen.
Step 2 - Create a harvest report
Open the "Harvest: Overview" report.
Several parameters need to be entered on the left-hand side of the screen:
- Start: The date from which you want to view the harvest report.
- End: The date up to which you want to view the harvest report.
- Yield: Indicate whether or not you want this to be displayed in the report. (Number of kg per hectare)
- Crop: Select the crops you want to include in the report.
Once you have entered all parameters, click the green "Generate" button.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you can see the reports that are already available. As soon as the newly created report is ready, it will appear in this list. Click the blue "Download" button to download the report and open it on your computer.
TIP!
In the top-right corner, you can select the document type for the harvest report. By default, this is set to PDF (v2). If you prefer an Excel document, you can change it here.
