Step 1 - Open the Harvest Overview
Open the Harvest module in Agromanager. The sorted/unsorted harvest registration overview will open automatically. Click "Overview" in the menu on the left.
Step 2 – Use filters in the Harvest Overview
At the bottom of the screen, you will see an overview of your harvest. At the top of this overview, you can activate various filters to display more specific information. Each filter changes colour when it is active:
- A green colour means that you are sorting by this filter.
- A white colour means that the filter is not active.
You can filter by the following items:
- Date – Quantity harvested per day
- Variety – Quantity harvested per variety
- Size – Quantity harvested per size (sorted harvest only)
- Class – Quantity harvested per quality class
- Organic – Quantity harvested as organic or in conversion
- Grower – Quantity harvested per grower
- Plot – Quantity harvested per plot
- Crop – Quantity harvested per crop
- Packaging – Quantity harvested per packaging type
- Pick – Quantity harvested per picking round
- Responsible person – Quantity harvested per responsible person
- Comment – Free-text field showing the comment entered when the harvest registration was created.
- Tag – Custom labels for the fruit (for example, ‘tree tops’)
- Kg/Colli – Quantity harvested in kilograms/Colli
- # Colli – Total number of colli harvested
- Kg/ha – Number of kilograms harvested per hectare
- ha – Total area harvested
Combining different filters changes the way the Harvest Overview is displayed. For example, if you select Date and Crop, you will see which crops were harvested on each day. If you also add the Colli filter, the number of storage bins or colli will also be displayed. This allows you to easily create different combinations and configure the overview according to the information you need.
