How do I resolve a phenology error message in the Spraybook?

This support article provides a step-by-step solution for handling error messages related to phenology in the Spraybook. These instructions can help users identify and correct issues related to phenological stages in crop treatments.

Problem

I receive the following error message in my Spraybook: Incorrect Date

Solution

ATTENTION!

Always work from the oldest treatment to the newest to set the phenological stages correctly. These work in numerical order, so you can never go back in time. This prevents duplicate work and ensures that newly added stages do not need to be adjusted again.

Step 1 - Open error message details

Open the details of the treatment where the error message occurs. Click the red "Incorrect Date" button and a new screen will open where you can view the details of the error message. Click the following red text: "Date X : ... (BBCH: ... )"

A red bar will open at the bottom, explaining which phenological stage the crop is currently in and which phenological stage, or application period, the crop should be in for the treatment to be approved.

Attention!

Move your mouse over the question mark ? to see the relevant crops that fall outside the application period.

Step 2 - Treatment details

Return to the treatment details and go to the Phenology section. Under the phenological stages, you will find a blue Phenology button. Click this and you will be redirected to the Phenology item under Spraybook - Treatments - Phenology.

Step 3 - Edit, add, or delete a phenological stage

Depending on which phenological stages have already been registered, you will need to add, edit, or delete a stage. This is explained in detail in the article: "How do I add, edit, or delete phenology?" By clicking this link, you will be redirected to that article. You can go directly to the step How do I add, edit, or delete phenology.
