Before you can follow these steps, you must first connect your crop protection supplier.
Step 1 – Open the Spraybook stock overview
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. Then click Product Stock in the blue menu on the left and select Overview.
If you have registered multiple spray product locations, you will first see a selection screen where you can open the desired location.
Step 2 - Download delivery note
When you have a connection with your crop protection supplier, you will find the Download delivery note button at the top right of the stock overview. Click this to download the desired notes from the connected suppliers via the green Download button.
Step 3 - Check delivery note details
After you click download, the screen below opens where you can complete or check the details on the delivery note.
Explanation of the fields:
(First) Name: Name assigned by the supplier.
Linked by authorisation number: The product was automatically recognised via the authorisation number.
Linked based on name: Recognition was based on the name. Please note: only the first part is compared, so this may be incorrect.
Linked by user: You linked the product yourself. Enter the correct name here yourself.
(Second) Name: The name assigned to the product by you or by the system.
Quantity: Quantity you received from the supplier.
Unit price: Price per unit of the product. You can adjust this manually if desired.
ATTENTION!
It may happen that the product name from the supplier is not recognised by Agromanager. In that case, you must link the correct product yourself in the second Name column.
