Before you can follow these steps, you must first plan a treatment.

Step 1 - Open Spraybook Planning
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. In the menu on the left, under Treatments, choose Planning to open the planning overview.
Step 2 - Complete the planning
There are 2 possible ways to complete a planning. Do you want to complete multiple plannings at the same time? Then choose option 1. Do you want to complete an individual planning? Then choose option 2.
Option 1: Complete planning in bulk
To complete planning in bulk, click the orange "Complete Treatment" button at the top right of the planning overview.
In the next screen, all planned treatments are automatically selected so that you can complete them with one click. If necessary, you can deselect treatments using the checkbox in the first column.
Before you can complete the plannings, you still need to fill in the effectiveness of the treatment on the right-hand side of the screen. You can choose from:
- Good
- Moderate
- Poor
After this, click the complete button and all selected plannings will be completed.
ATTENTION!
If you carry out multiple planned treatments at the same time, do not forget to add a new phenology to avoid possible error messages in the future. For adding a new phenology, we refer you to the article "How do I add a new phenology?".
Option 2: Complete an individual planning
Open the details of the desired planned treatment via the details button in the actions column on the right-hand side.
On the right-hand side of your screen, in the "Status" section, you will find the green "Treatment has been carried out" button. Clicking this opens a screen that is similar to the screen you see when planning a new treatment.
The only difference is that the following parameters, located in the "Details" section, must also be filled in:
Phenological stage: Here you indicate the phenological stage of your crop when you carried out the treatment.
Weather: This is filled in automatically. The weather data is retrieved every day at 12:00.
Effectiveness: Indicate here how well this treatment worked for your crop.
Once you have correctly entered the requested details, click the green "Save" button.
You can find the completed treatments under "Treatments" > "Overview" in the "Spraybook" module.
