Step 3 - Complete the stock count

First select the date on which the counted stock becomes effective.

From this date, the stock count is used as a new starting point. Stock movements entered or adjusted before this date will no longer affect the stock from the selected date onwards.

Select the date of the stock count

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the selected stock location and date. On the right-hand side, all products that are already included in the stock are displayed.

In the Quantity column, you can see the calculated stock per product on the selected date.

Products and quantities in the stock count

Adjust the counted quantity

Enter the actually counted stock for each product in the Quantity column.

Please note

Always enter a value of 0 or higher. Negative quantities cannot be saved.

Remove a product from stock

Is a product no longer present in the stock? Then adjust the quantity to 0 or click Out of stock.

Add an additional product

Is a counted product not yet in the stock list? Then click Add at the bottom of the list and add the product to the stock count.

Step 4 - Save the stock count

Check that all products and quantities have been entered correctly.

Click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. The stock count is processed and you return to the stock overview.

Important

A stock count resets the stock from the selected date onwards. Therefore, carefully check the date and all entered quantities before saving the count.
