Step 1 – Open the Spraybook stock overview
Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. Then click Product Stock in the blue menu on the left and select Overview.
If you have multiple stock locations, open the desired location to carry out the stock count.
Step 2 - New input registration
At the top of the stock overview, you will find the green New registration button. Via this button, you will see a selection list where you can choose the registration type: input, output, residual liquid, stock count.
- Input: Use this registration for products that have newly arrived.
- Output: Products that may no longer be used can be returned to the supplier this way.
- Residual liquid: Use this when too much liquid was prepared in the tank or when an incorrect mixture was created.
- Stock count: If you have counted your stock again and want to enter these new quantities. When you choose this option, this stock count is considered a new starting point. Any data you adjust before this date will no longer affect the new stock count. See: How do I carry out a stock count?
Step 3 - Fill in the details
After choosing input, the following parameters must be filled in:
- Location: This is filled in automatically.
- Date: The date on which this input was registered.
- Supplier: Here you enter the supplier from whom you purchased the products. To add a new supplier, click New supplier. We also refer you to the following article: How do I add a new contact?
- Product: Which products do you want to add to your location? You can add the product by clicking the green Add button. Then select the location where the product is stored. You will now see a line where you can enter your product and the quantity. To remove the product, click the red Delete button next to the product name.
Attention!
If you have an empty field and then click Save, the data will not be saved. It is therefore best to make sure that all fields have been filled in.
Is your product not in the list?
You can submit a request for a new product via the white Product not found? button.
You will now automatically be redirected to the request form for a new product.
Extra
When you register an Input, you can also enter the unit price of the purchased product. This allows you to generate a Financial Stock Overview report. You can find this under the reports item in the Spraybook module menu.
