During sorting, a sorting lot goes through different statuses. The status shows whether a sorting lot is still active, has been temporarily paused or has been fully closed.
Step 1 - Open the Sorting and Packing tile
Open the Sorting and Packing tile on the dashboard.
Step 2 - Open the sorting lots overview
Open the overview of the sorting lots. In this overview, you will find a Status column for each sorting lot.
A sorting lot can have the following statuses:
- Waiting: the sorting lot has been created, but no fruit has been entered or fruit registration has been carried out yet.
- Busy: fruit has already been entered or a fruit registration has been carried out. The sorting lot is active and registration can continue.
- Paused: the sorting lot has not been closed yet, but is temporarily no longer shown in product registration. You can later change the status back to In progress to continue sorting in the same lot.
- Completed: the sorting lot has been closed. No more fruit can be entered or registered. If necessary, you can change the status again within the details of the sorting lot.
- Invoiced: an order has been created for the sorting lot. This can be a sorting order or a sales order. This status does not necessarily mean that the order has actually already been invoiced. You can check this by looking at the status of the relevant order.
Step 3 - Close the sorting lot
Has sorting for a lot been fully completed? Then change the status from Busy to Completed. From that moment, the sorting lot is closed and no more fruit can be added or registered.
Did you close the sorting lot by mistake, or do you want to continue sorting in it later? Then you can change the status again from Completed to Busy within the details of the sorting lot.
Do you only want to temporarily remove a sorting lot from product registration without closing it? Then use the Paused status. As soon as you want to continue sorting, change the status back to Busy.
