Step 1 - Open the Cooling module
First, open the Cold store tile. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities related to cold storage rooms, inventory, and movements.
Step 2 - Open the report overview
On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find the different modules. Here you can select Reports. This opens a screen with an overview of all available reports related to cooling, including the Storage overview Report.
Step 3 - Fill in the data
On the left-hand side of your screen, several parameters need to be filled in:
Date: The date for which you want to view the storage report.
Cold storage rooms: Select the rooms for which you want to view the report.
Grower: Specify the grower for whom you want to view the report.
Type: Select the type for which you want to view the storage report.
Once all parameters are filled in, click the green "Generate" button. The available reports will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. This may take a moment to fully load.
