Before applying these steps, you must first add a crate to a cold storage room.

Step 1 - Open the Cooling module
First, open the Cooling tile. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities related to cold storage rooms, inventory, and movements.
On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find the different modules. Here, you can select the Cooling module. Clicking on it will show several options, including the Overview button. This opens a screen with an overview of all your cold storage rooms.
Step 2 - Open storage planning
In the overview under Cooling, you will find the storage planning button. Clicking this will open a screen with an overview of all your plans.
Step 3 - Add a new plan
At the top right of your screen, you will find the green New plan button. Clicking this allows you to choose between a full cold storage room or a batch.
Step 4.1 - Sell a full cold storage room
Click on "full cold storage room".
When creating, fill in the following details:
Cold storage room: From which room are you selling?
Period type: Choose between month or week. If you select "month", it means you plan to sell the room during that month. If you select "week", you choose the week in which you plan to sell the room.
Date: Select an approximate date when the sale will take place.
On the right side of the screen, you will now see the batches that will be sold. Then click save.
Step 4.2 - Sell a new batch
Click on "New batch".
When creating, fill in the following batch details:
Grower: Which grower do you want to sell from?
Variety: Which variety do you want to sell?
Plot: From which plot do you want to sell?
Crop: From which crop do you want to sell?
Harvest: From which harvest do you want to sell?
Cold storage room: From which room does the batch come?
Period type: Choose between month or week. If you select "month", it means you plan to sell the batch(es) during that month. If you select "week", you choose the week in which you plan to sell the room.
Date: Select an approximate date when the sale will take place.
On the right side of the screen, you will now see the batches that will be sold. Then click save.
