Import: How can I edit, delete, duplicate and print a registration?

Step 1 - Open the Delivery module

First open the Sorting and Packing tile. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities related to sorting, stock, and deliveries.

On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see the different modules. Click Delivery. The different sections will appear under this module.

Step 2 - Open Import

In the Delivery module, click Import.

You will now see an overview of all delivery notes related to imports.

Step 3 - Open the delivery note

Find the desired delivery note in the list.

On the right-hand side, in the actions column next to the delivery note, you will find the blue Open button. Click this button to open the delivery note.

You will now see a screen with all details of the delivery note. Via the orange edit button, you can change the details of the delivery note. Via the red button, you can delete the note if it is non-existent or lost.

Step 4 - Edit a registration

Open the details via Import. On the right-hand side, in the actions column next to the registration, you will find the orange Edit button.

Click this button to open and edit the registration.

Adjust the desired details and then click Save to save your changes.

Step 5 - Delete a registration

On the right-hand side, in the actions column next to the registration, you will find the red Delete button.

Click this button to delete the registration. A pop-up will appear in which you need to confirm the deletion.

Click Delete if you are sure you want to delete this registration.

Step 6 - Duplicate a registration

On the right-hand side, in the actions column next to the registration, you will find the white Duplicate button.

Click this button to create a new registration based on the existing registration.

The details of the original registration are automatically copied. You can still adjust these details afterwards where necessary.

Step 7 - Print a registration

On the right-hand side, next to the registration, you will find the white Print button.

Click this button to open the print screen.

A new tab opens with the print settings. On the left-hand side, you can check or adjust the settings.

When everything is correct, click the blue Print button.

The code(s) will then be printed.
