Step 1 - Open Time Registration Module
On the left side of your screen, you will find the different modules, including the Time Registration module. Under this menu, you will find various options.
Step 2 - Open Timer Registration
In the overview under Time Registration, you will find the folder Timer. Under this folder, you will find various options including Registrations. Upon opening, you will get an overview of all the retrieved hours that have not yet been completed.
Step 3 - Retrieving Time Registrations
In the top right corner, you will find the button Retrieve Registrations. You will get a pop-up to complete the hours:
You can choose from all devices or one specific device. Specify the completion and the time you want to round off.
Device: From which device do you want to retrieve the registrations?
Start time rounding: Should the start time be rounded up or down?
Break time rounding: Should the break time be rounded up or down?
End time rounding: Should the end time be rounded up or down?
Group registrations by: How often should the registrations be grouped for rounding?
E.g. 5 min: 16:21 will be recorded as 16:25 (start time)
23:59 will be recorded as 23:55 (end time).

End time rounding: Should the end time be rounded up or down?
Group registrations by: How often should the registrations be grouped for rounding?
E.g. 5 min: 16:21 will be recorded as 16:25 (start time)

Press next, and your hours will appear in the registration overview. There, you can do a final check of the hours. If you want to make any adjustments, you can do so via the details button at the end of each registration.
Step 4 - Adjust the Retrieved Registration
Via the details of a registration, you can remove personnel, modify hours, or add/edit the crop/lot. Once the data is correct, you can confirm by pressing complete. This will save the hours to the activity and personnel.
It is now possible to create a payroll calculation or a performance report with worked hours per crop and per kg.
