Step 1 - Open the Time registration tile
Open the Time registration tile on the dashboard. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities for registering, checking and processing worked hours.
Step 2 - Open the timer registrations
Click Timer on the left-hand side of your screen.
Then choose Individual or Group, depending on how the hours were registered.
You will see an overview of all retrieved hour registrations that have not yet been completed.
Step 3 - Retrieve the hour registrations
Click Retrieve registrations at the top right.
Choose whether you want to retrieve the registrations from all devices or from one specific device.
A window then appears in which you can determine how the registered times should be rounded.
Next, determine how the times should be rounded. You can separately set how the start time, break time and stop time should be rounded.
You have three options:
Up: the time is rounded up based on the selected grouping.
Down: the time is rounded down based on the selected grouping.
Normal: the time is rounded to the nearest time block.
You determine the size of the time block under Group registrations by. For example, you can round by 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.

Parameters
Device: choose from which device you want to retrieve the registrations. You can choose all devices or one specific device.
Round start time: determine whether the start time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Round break time: determine whether the break time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Round stop time: determine whether the stop time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Group registrations by: indicate by how many minutes the registrations should be grouped and rounded, for example by 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
Round start time: determine whether the start time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Round break time: determine whether the break time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Round stop time: determine whether the stop time should be rounded up, down or to the nearest time block.
Group registrations by: indicate by how many minutes the registrations should be grouped and rounded, for example by 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
Example
If you choose a grouping of 5 minutes and the rounding option Normal, the time is rounded to the nearest time block.
Everything between 08:00:00 and 08:02:30 is rounded to 08:00:00.
Everything after 08:02:30 is rounded to 08:05:00.
If you choose Up, a start time such as 16:21 is rounded to 16:25 with a grouping of 5 minutes.
If you choose Down, a stop time such as 23:59 is rounded to 23:55 with a grouping of 5 minutes.
Everything between 08:00:00 and 08:02:30 is rounded to 08:00:00.
Everything after 08:02:30 is rounded to 08:05:00.
If you choose Up, a start time such as 16:21 is rounded to 16:25 with a grouping of 5 minutes.
If you choose Down, a stop time such as 23:59 is rounded to 23:55 with a grouping of 5 minutes.
Click Next and your hours will appear in the registration overview. There you can perform a final check of the hours. If you still want to make an adjustment, you can do this via the Details button at the end of each registration.
Step 4 - Check the retrieved registrations
Click Next. The retrieved hours will then appear in the registration overview.
Check the registrations before completing them. Do you want to adjust a registration? Click Details at the end of the relevant registration or click the line you want to adjust. You will then see the following pop-up:
You can adjust the activity, start, stop, break and crop/sorting lot.
A red corner on a registration indicates a deviation from the configured working hours. Move your mouse over the red corner to view more information about the deviation.
A blue corner indicates that the registration was manually adjusted compared to the originally registered data. Move your mouse over the blue corner to view more information about the deviation.
Step 5 - Adjust a registration
In the details screen, you can, among other things:
- remove a personnel member from the registration;
- adjust the registered hours;
- add or change a crop;
- add or change a sorting lot.
Check that all details are correct and then click Save.
The hours are processed and linked to the selected activity and personnel members as soon as you complete the registrations in the overview screen or details screen.
After processing, you can use the registered hours for, among other things, payroll calculation or a performance report per crop, sorting lot or kilogram.
