Where can I find the details of my packaging and how do I edit or delete them?

Step 1 - Open the "My company" module

On the left side of your screen, you'll see a list of modules. Click on My company to view the available options within this module.

Step 2 - Open the "Articles" folder

Within the My company module, click on the Articles folder. Additional options will appear, including Packaging.

Step 3 - Open "Packaging"

Click on Packaging to open the overview of all packaging.

Step 4 - Manage packaging

In the packaging overview, you'll see a blue Details button in the Actions column next to each packaging. Click it to view the packaging details.

Step 4.1 - Edit packaging

Click the orange Edit button at the top to modify the packaging.

Options when saving a modified packaging

After making changes, click the green Save button at the bottom. A pop-up will appear with three options to determine how the changes should be applied to linked products:

  • Partial
Only products that have exactly the same packaging (without previous modifications) will be updated with the new number of colli/accessories. Products with custom packaging will remain unchanged.

  • Yes
All products using this packaging will be fully updated with the new settings, including the number of colli/accessories.

  • No
Only the packaging itself will be updated. Linked products will retain their original colli/accessories, resulting in a mismatch with the updated packaging.

Step 4.2 - Delete packaging

In the Actions column, to the right of the packaging, click the red Delete button. Confirm in the pop-up window that you want to permanently delete the packaging by clicking Delete again.

Warning!

Deleting a packaging that is still linked to an active product may cause errors in the production screen. Always first check in the packaging details which products are using it.

 Tip

Prefer modifying an existing packaging instead of deleting it. This helps avoid issues in the production process.

Step 4.3 - Export packaging

Click the white Export packaging button at the top right of the screen. A window with export options will appear.

Export specific packaging

  • Use the Search function to filter by a keyword, for example colli or pallet.

  • Then select the desired export format.

Export all packaging

  • Leave the search field empty.

  • Select the desired export format:

    • Copy: Copies the data to your clipboard

    • CSV: Exports to a CSV file

    • Excel: Exports to an Excel file

    • PDF: Exports to a PDF file

    • Print: Prints the data
