Step 1 - Open Configuration
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find the navigation menu with the different modules. Click on Configuration. The various sections within this module will then appear, allowing you to select the desired option.
Step 2 - Open Empty Packaging
In the overview under Configuration, you will find the Empty Packaging section.
Step 3 - Add New Empty Packaging
At the top of the overview screen, you will find the green New Empty Packaging button. Click this button to open the screen for adding a new empty packaging item.
Step 4 - Fill in the details
To add a new empty packaging item, the following parameters must be completed:
- Empty Packaging Name: Each empty packaging item requires a name.
- Empty Packaging Type: Specify the type of empty packaging.
- Empty Packaging Weight: Indicate the weight of the empty packaging.
- Return: Does the empty packaging return after delivery?
- Reusable: Important for sorting (repacking). The item can be refilled after being emptied during sorting. For example, a colli box used for fruit during repacking can be reused, while the packing sheet is discarded.
- Rental: Is this empty packaging rented?
- Remarks: Here you can add any additional information that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.
Step 5 - Save
Once all information has been entered correctly, click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. You will then return to the overview of your empty packaging items.
