How to add a new observation?

Open Spraybook Module

On the left you will find various modules. Here you will find the module "Spraybook". By clicking on it, you get various options under this button.

Open Obervations

In the overview that can be found under "Spraybook", you will find the button "Observations". Clicking on this button will open the screen with an overview of all your observations.

Create new observation

At the top of the overview list of all observations, you will find the green button "New observation". Clicking on this opens the screen to create a new observation.

Enter observation data

When creating an observation, it must be given a name. Enter a name and then click on the green "Save" button.

Fill in notification data

Map:

A new screen will open where you will be asked to enter additional information.
A pop-up will appear on your screen asking if you want to use your current location. If you want to use it, click on the green 'Continue' button.

If you do not want to use it, click 'Cancel'. You can indicate the location of the observations on the map. You will find this map on the left of your screen.

Notification data:

On the right side of your screen you will find the following parameters.

Number of notifications: This field is filled in automatically based on what you have marked on the map.
Remark: Here you have the opportunity to say something about the observation that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.

Value: What is the value of your observation?
Radius: What is the radius of measured observations?
Culture: On which cultivation did you make the observation?

If you have filled in the parameters, click on the green "Save" button. A screen will open with all the details of your observation.

Photo: You can add a photo of your observation at the bottom of the details. You can do this by clicking on the green button "Add".
