How do I add a new notification to an observation?

If you have an observation that is already in the system, you can create a new notification under that observation.

Required

Open spraybook module

On the left you will find various modules. Here you will find the module "Spraybook". Clicking on this button will give you different options
 
 

Open observations

In the overview that can be found under "Spraybook", you will find the button "Observations". Clicking on this button will open the screen with an overview of all your observations.

Open observation details

You can open the details of the observation by clicking on "details". This blue button is located in the "Actions" column.

You then get an overview of all the details of the observation.

Create new notification

At the top you will find a button "New notification". Clicking on this button will open a screen to create a new notification.

Fill in observation

 

Map:
A pop-up will appear on your screen asking if you want to use your current location. If you want to use it, click the green 'Continue' button.

If you do not want to use this, click 'Cancel'. You can indicate the location of the observations on the map. This map is on the left side of your screen.
 
Notification data:

On the right you will find the following parameters.

Number of measurements: This field is filled in automatically according to what you have marked on the map.

Value: What is the value of your observation?
Culture: On which cultivation did you make the observation?
Radius: This is the radius of your observation. 
Comments: Here you have the opportunity add extra information about your observation.

When you have filled in the parameters, click on the green "Save" button. A window opens with all the details of your observation.

Photo: You can add a photo of your observation at the bottom of the details. You can do this by clicking on the green button "Add".
