How to create a new tank registration

Step 1 - Open the Spraybook module

Open the Spraybook module in Agromanager. The Treatments Overview screen will now open automatically. In this screen, you can see all treatments that have already been carried out.

Step 2 – Open Tank registration

Under Treatments, click Tank Registration. You will now see an overview of all your planned treatments.

Step 3 – Open the planned treatment

To the right of the planned treatment, in the Actions column, click the blue Open button. This opens the screen with the treatment details.

In the details of your tank registration, you can see which crops have already been treated and which still need to be carried out, if tank mixes have already been created for this treatment.

In the overview at the bottom, you will find all created tank mixes, together with their status:

• In progress – not all crops have been treated yet

• Completed – all crops have been treated

Once all crops have been treated, you can set the treatment in the tank registration to Completed. The treatment will then appear in the overview under Treatments.

Step 4 – Create a new tank mix

At the top of the treatment screen, click the green New tank mix button to add a new tank mix.

Fill in the details

When creating a new tank mix, first select the crops you want to treat. Based on this selection, the system automatically calculates the required quantity of your products and the amount of water needed to fill your tank correctly. This means you do not need to enter the quantities yourself; both the products and the tank contents are filled in automatically according to the selected crops.

Step 5 – Save the tank mix

When all details have been entered correctly, click the green Save button on the right to save the tank mix.
