Step 1 – Open Spray Record module
On the left side of your screen you will find the different modules.
Click on the "Spray Record" module to expand the options.
Step 2 – Open Treatments
Under the "Spray Record" module, you will see the "Treatments" button.
Click this button to open the Treatments folder.
Step 3 – Open Crop File
After opening the treatments, the "Crop File" button will appear.
Click this button to open a screen with an overview of your crops and their details.
Step 4 – Open Crop File Details
On the right, next to the general crop details, you’ll find a blue button "Open".
Click it to view the detailed overview of the crop file.
Step 5 – Print Crop File
At the top right of the data screen, you'll find a white "Print" button.
Click it to download or export the crop file.
After clicking, a dropdown with two options appears:

PDF
-
Excel
Choose the format depending on how you want to use the data:

PDF is useful for saving or printing the file as a document.

Excel is useful if you want to analyze or process the data further.
