Create new treatment

Select Country
If your cultures/plots are not spread over several countries, this explanation has no added value for you.
If your cultures/plots are in several countries, you will get a screen where you have to choose in which country you want to perform the treatment. Choose the country and click the green "Next" button. Then you will get a screen where you can enter the details of your treatment.
Fill in data
When creating a new treatment you have te fill in following parameters:
Schedule treatment date
At the top of the screen you can fill in the start and end date of your treatment. You also get the opportunity to fill in the start and end time.
Surface
Here you can determine the parameters of your surface. The following parameters must be completed:
View: Display: Here you indicate whether you want to carry out the treatment per cultivation or per plot. You also have the possibility to do this per treatment unit, farmer or organic.
A treatment unit: a grouping of cultivations. To create a new treatment unit please refer to the article "How to add a new treatment unit?".
What are you going to treat? Indicate which culture/ plot / treatment unit you are going to treat. You can 'unfold' the options further by clicking on the following arrow:
Area type:
Gross - Culture area x Spraying factor
You will carry out the treatment on your gross culture area times the spray factor of this crop.
Gross - Culture area
You are going to perform the treatment on the gross cultivation area.
Gross - Black strip
You will only treat the black strip of the gross area.
Gross - Grassland
You will treat only the grass strip of the gross area.
Net:
This is the same as above, only here the net area is used instead of the gross area.
Treatment area: this is calculated automatically.
Products
On the right, you can enter the products that you are going to use for this treatment.You will now see a bar in which you can enter the data relating to your product. The following parameters must be filled in:
Name: Here you indicate the name of the product you are going to use. The easiest way is to type your product in the bar itself. That way you can quickly see if the product is shown in the list.
Is your product not on the list? Then you need to make a request for a new productDosage/Ha* : Fill in how much of this product you want to use per hectare for this treatment.
by clicking on the white button "Product not found?
You will then be automatically forwarded to the product request form.
* If you fill in one parameter, the other one will be filled in automatically by the system.
If you want to remove this product again, press the red button "Delete". This button is next to the product, in the column "Actions".
Details
On the right you can fill in the details of your treatment. This includes the following parameters
Machine: Here you indicate which machine you are using for this treatment. If you want to insert a new machine, we refer you to this article "How to add a new machine to my spraybook?"
Machine configuration:Enter here the configuration of the indicated machine for this treatment.
If you wish to add a treatment that does not require a machine, click on "Treatment is carried out without machine(s)".
Phenological stage: Here you indicate which phenological stage your crop was when you carried out the treatment.
Performer: Here you enter the person who will carry out this treatment.
Weather: Deze wordt automatisch ingevuld. De weergegevens worden elke dag om 12 uur opgehaald.
Reamarks: Here you have the opportunity to add extra information about a treatment.
Reason: Here you indicate why you are carrying out this treatment. The possibilities are:
Advice: Your adviser has advised you to do this treatment.
Observation: you have observed something, which makes you do this treatment.
Model: based on scientific analysis.
Sample analysis: A sample has been taken from your crop. This has shown that you have to carry out a treatment.
Efficiency: Indicate here how well this treatment has worked for your crop.
Save treatment
When all data have been entered correctly, you can click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
Next you will see a screen with an overview of all your treatments.
