How do I add a new sample of my crop?

Requirement

Before you can follow these steps, you must first add a crop.

Open the Quality module

On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find the different modules. Here you will find the “Quality” module. Clicking on it will display several options under this button.

Open Samples

In the overview under “Quality”, you will find the “Samples” folder. Clicking on it will display several options under this button.

Select Crop

In the overview under the “Samples” folder, you will find the “Crop” section. Clicking on it will show an overview of the samples for the crop.

New sample

In the top-right corner of the overview, you will find the green “New Sample” button. Clicking on it opens the screen where you can create a new sample.

Enter the details

To create a new sample, the following parameters must be selected:

Variety: Select a variety for which you want to create a sample.
Crop: Select a crop for which you want to create a sample. You will be able to choose from the crops on which the selected variety is present.

Save the new sample

Once you have entered the details, click the green “Save” button.

A screen will then open showing an overview of all the details of this sample. Here you can save your measurements. To add a new measurement, please refer to the article “How do I add a new measurement for my crop and unsorted harvest?”.
