Step 5 - Fill in the information

In the new screen that opens, you have the following parameters that must be filled in:

Recipient: To whom do you want to send this data?
Data selection:
Manual: With a manual data selection, only the selected data will be sent to the recipient.
Expiry date: The date from which the data will no longer be visible to the recipient.
Reference: Here you get an overview of the selected data.

On the right side, you can select the cultivation sheets that you wish to share. Do this by ticking the box next to the name of your cultivation.  mceclip0.png

For a one-time sharing, this button is checked by default.

If you need to share cultivation sheets on a regular basis, it is best to disable this option.

Once this is done, the sharing will appear in your overview and will receive the status in progress and then sent. No further actions are required to have this sharing sent.

Extra: For sending to Vogelaar Vredehof, a manual action by Agromanager still needs to be performed. This may result in your cultivations not immediately showing as Sent
You do not need to take any further action.
