In the price list, you get an overview of prices that were previously saved from an order, invoice, or purchase statement.
For each product description, you can view the prices that have already been entered and, where possible, manage them further.
Step 1 - Open the Invoicing tile
On the dashboard, open the Invoicing tile. Within this tile, you will find all functionalities related to invoices, purchase statements, orders, and price lists.
Step 2 - Open Price list
On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see the different modules. Click Invoices - Price list.
You will now see an overview of your customers and a global price list.

Step 3 - Open a customer's price list or the global price list
Find the desired customer in the list, or choose the global price list. On the right-hand side, next to the customer, you will find the blue Details button in the Actions column.

In the detail overview, you will see the prices that have already been entered per category.

Step 4 - Edit a price line
For each registered item, you will find an orange Edit button.
Click this button to adjust the price line.

In the edit screen, you can change the default unit and add or adjust prices, among other things.

Weight
Order

Prices can only be edited or deleted for data that was previously saved from an order, invoice, or purchase statement.
