How to add a configuration to my machine?

Required

 

Open spraybook module

On the left side you will find the different modules. Here you will find the module "Spraybook". By clicking on this you will get several options under this button..
 
 

Open machines

In the overview under "Spraybook" you will find the button "Machines". By clicking here you open the screen with an overview of all your machines.

Open machine details

You can open the details of the machine by clicking on "Details". This blue button is located to the right in the column "Actions".

Next you get a screen where you can find the details of the machine.
 

Enter configuration data

If you scroll down you will see a 'New configuration' button at the bottom right of your screen. Next you fill in all the parameters that apply to the configuration of your machine.

Orchard sprayer

Machine: here you write the name of your machine where the configuration applies.
Name: each configuration must have a unique name.
Water/Ha: here you fill in how many litres per hectare you spray using this configuration.
Treatment area: this is the area that is treated when you make one passage.
Nozzle type: Indicate the correct type of cap present on your machine for this configuration. You have different types of nozzles:
ATR = no ani-drift nozzles
any other type = anti-drift nozzles
Spray pressure: the pressure with which you spray in this configuration.
DRT: here the DriftReductionPercentage is filled in automatically. You can adjust this manually.
Number of nozzles: the total number of nozzles that are open during the drive.
Liter/min/nozzle: here it is automatically filled in how many litres are used per minute and per nozzle. You can adjust this manually.
Speed: the theoretical speed at which you have to drive when you drive through. This is automatically calculated using the data you have already entered above. This speed will not be real as the caps have deviations. You can adjust this by manual adjustment.
Ha/Tank: this will be calculated automatically with the data you entered above.
Remarks: here you have the opportunity to say something about the configuration that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.

Weed sprayer

Machine: here you write the name of your machine where the configuration applies.
Name: each configuration must have a unique name.
Liter/Ha: here you fill in how many litres per hectare you spray using this configuration.
Treatment area: this is the area that is treated when you make one passage.
Spray Pressure: the pressure with which you spray in this configuration.

DRT: Here you fill in the DriftReductionPercentage.

Number of nozzles: the total number of nozzles that are open during the drive.
Liter/min/nozzle: it is automatically filled in how many litres are used per minute and per nozzle. You can adjust this manually.

Fertilizer spreader

Name: each configuration must have a unique name.
Lbs/Ha: here you fill in how many pounds per hectare you spray using this configuration.
Treatment width: this is the width that is treated when you make one passage.
Speed: the theoretical speed at which you have to drive when you drive through. This is automatically calculated using the data you have already entered above. This speed will not be real as the caps have deviations. You can adjust this by manual adjustment.
Settings: Here you fill in how your machine should be configured for this configuration.
Remarks: here you have the opportunity to say something about the configuration that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.

Various

Machine: here you write the name of your machine where the configuration applies.
Name: each configuration must have a unique name.
Treatment width: this is the width that is treated when you make one passage.
Speed: the theoretical speed at which you have to drive when you drive through. This is automatically calculated using the data you have already entered above. This speed will not be real as the caps have deviations. You can adjust this by manual adjustment.
Settings: Here you fill in how your machine should be configured for this configuration.
Remarks: here you have the opportunity to say something about the configuration that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.

 

Save configuration

When all details have been entered correctly, you can click on the green "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.

Next, the overview of the machine opens with the data of your machine. Below you will find the configuration you have just created.
