Step 1 - Open GPS Module
In the left-hand menu, click on GPS and then on Crop Rows. You will see an overview of your crops.
Step 2 - Open Crop
On the right side of the crop information, click Open to view the crop on the map.
Step 3 - Add New Crop Rows
In the top right corner, click New crop rows and choose how you'd like to add the rows:
- Manual:
Manually mark the rows on the map in Agromanager.
⚠️ Note: this method is less accurate. - Upload CSV:
Import a CSV file previously generated using your GPS/EMLID. Tree positions will be automatically calculated based on the planting distance defined in the Crop module during crop setup. - Upload Shapefile:
Upload a Shapefile, for example created by your contractor. This is the most accurate method: the system knows exactly where each tree is located and automatically generates lines based on the tree positions.
Option 1: Manual
Choose a variety and click Next.
Mark Start Points
Click on the map to mark the start points of the rows. These points will appear in a list on the right. Click Next when done.
Mark End Points
Click on the map to add end points. Lines will be drawn between the points, representing the crop rows.
Attention: The system automatically selects which row the end point belongs to, in a reverse order. On the right side of your screen, you can see which row you are currently adding an end point for.
Save
Click Save to generate the tree areas and tree points.
Option 2: Upload CSV
Upload your CSV file via Select file and click Next. The points will automatically appear on the map.
Connect Points
Enter the correct row number next to each start and end point.
Note: The row number does not refer to the opposite measurement point!
Tip: Use a sequence when entering rows. A pop-up will appear allowing you to automatically apply row numbers to all selected points.
Save
Click Save to generate the rows, tree areas, and tree points.
Option 3: Upload Shapefile
Upload a shapefile via Select file and click Next. If the shapefile is processed correctly, click Save. The following data will be generated automatically: Rows, Tree Areas, and Tree Points. No further actions are needed.
