Step 1 - Open Delivery Module
On the left side of your screen, you will find various modules. Here, you will find the Delivery module. By clicking on it, you will see various options under this button, including the Import section. Clicking here will give you an overview list of all Import notes.
Step 2 - New Import
Click on New Import note in the upper right corner to proceed to the next screen.

Fill in Import note details
On the left side of your screen, you will see various parameters that need to be filled in. The ones with * are mandatory.
Type: This is automatically filled in.
Date: Date when the import occurred or will occur.
Supplier: Enter where the import comes from.
Receiver: Indicate the company for which the fruit is intended.
Transporter: Specify who is responsible for transporting the fruit.
Client: You can specify the client here.
License Plate 1 and 2: This is an optional field. Here, you have the opportunity to enter the license plate(s) of the (cargo) vehicles that delivered it.
Delivery Reference: This is a field where you can choose what to enter. This can be, for example, the delivery number listed on the supplier's delivery slip.
Notes: Here, you have the opportunity to add any comments about the delivery that are important to you. This field is, of course, not mandatory. -
Checklist
On the right side, you can use a checklist to assess the delivery. You can compile/add these yourself via lists under my company. (My company -> lists -> checklist)

Save Import note
Once you have filled in all the data correctly, you can click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. Subsequently, you will get a screen with all the details of this delivery note.
Step 3 - Enter Products/Fruit
On the right, under the Status section, you can find the Import button. Clicking on this will open the screen for entering more fruit.
In the upper right, you can find New Registration. By clicking here, you will get a dropdown list. To enter fruit, you can choose either unsorted or sorted fruit.
Step 4 - Barcode Present
A pop-up will appear on your screen asking if there is already a barcode on the entered fruit. If this is the case, click Scan. Otherwise, click Print.
(Whichever you choose, the next 2 steps remain identical. The only difference is that with "Print," you get a sticker at the end that you can print and attach to a crate. For scanning, you can use the scanner app to add the codes to the delivery slip. Here, you can check "Import from Agromanager global.")
Step 5 - Fruit Details

Unsorted
Grower: This is the grower of the fruit.
Variety: This is the variety of the fruit.
Cultivation: This is the cultivation from which the fruit originates.
Harvest: This indicates the harvest to which this fruit belongs.
Customer: This is the customer for whom the fruit is intended.
Date: The harvest date.
Tag: This is a list of self-chosen additional criteria for your fruit (e.g., top). Tags are printed on the label.
Notes: Here, you have the opportunity to add any comments about the registration that are important to you. This field is, of course, not mandatory and will not be printed on the label.If you have filled in all the parameters, click Next to enter the packaging details.

Sorted
Grower: This is the grower of the fruit.
Variety: This is the variety of the fruit.
Batch: Enter the correct batch here. This can be, for example, a crop. If you don't have a batch for this grower yet, you can add it with "".
Size Type:- Size: Choose this option if the entered fruit was sorted by size. Then, also enter the lower and upper sizes.
- Pieces: Choose this option if the entered fruit was sorted by the number of pieces. Then, also enter the quantity.
Customer: This is the customer for whom the fruit is intended.
Cultivation: This is the cultivation from which the fruit originates.
Notes: Here, you have the opportunity to add any comments about the registration that are important to you. This field is, of course, not mandatory.If you have filled in all the parameters, click the green Next button to enter the packaging details.
Step 6 - Packaging Details
When creating, you need to enter the following information.
Type: Here, you specify which type of packaging you are using. You can choose between storage bin or colli/pallet.
You can specify different types; when creating, the following parameters must be entered.

Storage bin
Packaging Details: Type of storage bin to be used.
Number of Storage Bins: Enter the number of storage bins used here. This is also the number of labels that will be generated.
Fruit Weight: The fruit weight per storage bin. Here, you can also distinguish between "exact" weight and weight that is "approximately" in the crate.
Storage bin: This is automatically filled in after you have entered the above data.By clicking Next, you will go to the next and final screen.

Colli / Pallet
Packaging Details: Type of colli to be used.
Quantity: Indicate whether you want to perform the registration via colli or pallets and how many of them are used.
Number of Colli's/Pallet: Specify how many colli's are used per pallet.
Fruit Weight: The fruit weight per colli. Here, you can also distinguish between "exact" weight and weight that is "approximately" in the colli.
Colli: This is automatically filled in after you have entered the above data.
Pallet: Indicate which type of pallet is used here.By clicking Next, you will go to the next and final screen.
Step 7 - Varia

Unsorted
Activation Method: Here, you have two options to indicate:- Direct: The code becomes active immediately after you create it.
- Scan: The code only becomes active when it is scanned once or used somewhere.
Accessories: Here, you can add accessories by clicking Add. You can remove them by clicking Remove in the Action column.
If all parameters are filled in correctly, click Ready to create the registration.

Sorted
Label Layout: Choose here how you want your label to look:- Full: The label will contain all information.
- Minimal: The information on the label will be minimal.
- Size and Class: Only the size and class will be on the label.
Activation Method: Here, you have the choice between 'direct' and 'scan'.
- Direct: The code becomes active immediately after you create this registration.
- Scan: The code only becomes active when it is scanned once or used somewhere.
Accessories: Here, you can add accessories by clicking Add. You can remove them by clicking Remove in the Action column.
If all parameters are filled in correctly, click Finish to create the registration.
Depending on your choice you will have to scan codes or you'll get a pop-up to print barcode labels.
