Step 1 - Open Cold store Module
On the left side of your screen, you will find various modules, including the Cold store module. Under this module, you will find different options such as Overview. This opens the screen with an overview of all your cells.
Step 2 - Create a New cold store
At the top of the overview list of all cold store cells, you will find the button New cold store. By clicking here, you open the screen to create a new cold store.
Step 3 - Fill in the Data
In the new screen that subsequently opens, you can fill in all parameters to create a new cold store. When creating, the following parameters need to be filled.
- Cold store number: This is the serial number of this Cold store.
- Cold store Name: Each cold store also needs a name.
- Width (ABC): The cold store subsequently needs a width, which is expressed in the number of storage bins. If you have different dimensions of storage bins, you can change the width (number of storage bins) in the future via the edit screen.
- Length (123): The length of the cold store is also expressed in storage bins.
- Height: The height of the cold store is expressed in storage bins. This is uniform throughout the cell for easy editing.
- Reference side: Here, the side that is used as a reference can be selected. For example, an evaporator or a door.
- Reference description: What is indicated by the reference? Door, evaporator, or something else?
- Cold store type: Mechanical or ULO
- Address: If the fruit is stored elsewhere, it can be practical to create a cold store here too. However, it is advisable to use a different address.
You can save the cold store by clicking on the green Save button.
