Step 1 - Open the Spraybook module
In the menu under Spraybook, you will find the item Stock.
After clicking on Stock, you now have the option to click on Logbook or Overview.
- Overview: overview of your crop protection stock.
- Logbook: overview of all transactions (input, output, treatment,...) of your crop protection products.
You can perform registrations on both pages.
Step 1 bis - Open your location
If you have multiple stock locations, you can open the desired location using the Open button. This blue button is located to the right, at the level of the location name in the Actions column. You will then be taken to the next screen.
Step 2 - New registration
At the top of the stock or logbook overview, you will find the green button New registration. This button opens a dropdown menu where you can choose the type of registration: input, output, leftover liquid, stock count. Choose Stock count
Step 3 - Perform stock count
If you choose to perform a stock count, the following screen will appear. Here, you enter the date from which the count is effective. This date will be treated as a new starting point. All actions performed before this date will no longer affect the new stock count.
On the right side of your screen, all previously entered products are displayed. In the Quantity column, you can see the quantity in stock per product as of the selected date. On the left side, you see the location and the date.
Step 3.1 - Remove product from stock
If a product is NO LONGER in stock, set the quantity to "0" or use the Remove from Stock button.
Step 3.2 - Add extra products
Use the Add button at the bottom of the stock list to include additional products in the stock count.
Step 8 - Save stock
When all information has been correctly entered, you can click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. You will then see a screen with an overview of the stock.
