Step 1 – Open the Harvest Overview
In the left-hand menu, go to the Harvest module. You’ll find it on the left side of your screen, along with the other modules. When you click on the Harvest module, several options will appear below it. Click on Overview to open the harvest overview.
Step 2 – Using filters in the harvest overview
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see an overview of your harvest. At the top of this overview, you can activate various filters to display information more specifically. Each filter changes color when active:
- A green color means the filter is active and sorting is applied
- A white color means the filter is not active
You can filter by the following criteria:
- Date – Amount harvested per day
- Variety – Amount harvested per variety
- Size – Amount harvested per size (only for sorted harvest)
- Class – Amount harvested per quality class
- Organic – Amount harvested as organic or in conversion
- Grower – Amount harvested per grower
- Plot – Amount harvested per plot
- Cultivation – Amount harvested per cultivation
- Packaging – Amount harvested per packaging type
- Pick – Amount harvested per picking moment
- Responsible – Amount harvested per responsible person
- Comment – Free field to add extra info about the harvest
- Tag – Custom labels for your produce (e.g., ‘tops’)
- Kg/Colli – Amount harvested per kilogram or colli
- # Colli – Total number of colli harvested
- Kg/ha – Kilograms harvested per hectare
- ha – Total area from which harvesting took place
By combining different filters, you can change how the harvest overview is displayed. For example, if you select Date and Crop, you'll see which crops were harvested on each day. If you also activate the Colli filter, the number of containers will be shown as well. This allows you to create various combinations to get the overview you need.
