How do I register sorted fruit in the production screen?

Step 1 - Open Production Screen

On the left side of your screen, you will find various modules. Here, you will find the Sorting module. This contains various options, including the Production screen. Clicking here will open the screen displaying an overview of your machines.

Step 2 - Open Machine

This step is only relevant for companies working with multiple sorting machines. On the right, next to the name of the machine, you'll find Open. Clicking here will open the screen with all the sorting lots linked to this machine.

Step 3 - Open Sorting Lot

On the right, at the level of the name of the sorting lot, you'll find Open. Clicking here will open the production screen of this sorting lot.

Step 4 - Indicate Culture

If fruit input has been made, the cultivation will be automatically determined. If you don't need to choose a cultivation, proceed to the next step.

A POP-UP will appear on the screen. Choose the correct cultivation from which the fruit you are sorting originates. Then click on Save.

Step 5 - Specify Filters

Subsequently, a new pop-up will appear. Here, you will have the option to specify a size and/or class. This will display only the products that meet these condition(s).

You can optionally disable this function in the settings under the "my company" module. There is also the possibility to work solely with the search bar. Clicking 'Close' will take you to the complete overview of sorted products.

Step 6 - Registration: FULL ⇿ REST

On the top right, you can indicate whether you want to register full pallets or Rest pallets.

  • Registering full pallets

If you want to register full pallets, make sure that it says Registration: FULL. This will appear at the top of your screen. If it shows an orange button and says Registration: REST, click on it. The button should then change to Registration: FULL.

Once a pallet is full, you can click on the product to be registered (both text and photo). You will be redirected to a pop-up where you can review the product details.

  • Rest pallets

If you want to register Rest pallets, make sure it shows Registration: REST. This will appear at the top of your screen in the color Orange. If it displays a white button and says Registration: FULL, click on it. The button should then change to Registration: REST.

You will primarily use Rest registration when you want to finalize something, such as the end of the sorting lot. This way, you register the deviating quantity in your sorting lot. It can also be used to register an exact weight in a Storage bin.

    • Storage bin:

      • Enter the weight (Kg)

If you choose a product with a Storage bin as packaging, it will ask for the weight of the sorted fruit. This can be both Net Weight and Gross Weight.

        • Net Weight: Weight of the fruit
        • Gross Weight: Weight of the fruit + packaging

        Then click on Next.

        • Would you like to add a Storage bin?

          • YES = The fruit you are currently registering will be placed in an empty Storage bin.
          • NO = The fruit you are currently registering will be placed in a Storage bin where fruit is already present.

Then proceed to the Order details step.

      • Colli/pallet:

        • How many colli are currently on the pallet?

When registering a Rest for the first time, enter the number of colli currently on your pallet. If you are making an addition, the system will calculate how many boxes have been added compared to the previous registration.

          Then click on Next.

        • Would you like to add a pallet?

If this is the first registration for this product or the previous pallet was full, you will be asked if you want to add a pallet.

          • YES = The fruit you are currently registering will be placed on an empty pallet.
          • NO = The fruit you are currently registering will be placed on a pallet where fruit is already present. Therefore, you are performing an addition.

        • Is the fruit registrated placed on the same pallet as the previous registration?

If you have already registered this product, you will be asked if the sorted fruit is on the same pallet as the previous registration.

          • YES = The fruit you are currently registering is an addition. It will be placed on a pallet where fruit (from the previous registration(s)) is already present.
          • NO = The fruit you are currently registering will be placed on an empty pallet. The pallet from the previous registration(s) will be considered a completed pallet.

    Step 7 - Order details

Next, you will receive a POP-UP on your screen with the product details. Here, you can change the Weight/colli, Number of codes (= number of pallets). You can also add a comment.

    Then click on Save.

    Step 8 - Print Labels

Not satisfied with the label layout? Click on the order number at the top to easily change the label type.

Then a screen will open to print the labels for this product. Click on Print to print the labels.
