How do I add/edit/remove a phenology?

Step 1 - Open Spraybook module

On the left side of your screen, you will find various modules, including the module Spraybook. In the menu under Spraybook, you will find the item Treatments. Under this item, you have various options including Phenology.

Step 2 - Open Phenology

Through the option Phenology, you will get an overview of all phenological stages per crop.

Step 3 - Select Crop

On the left side of your screen, you will see a list of your crops. Click on the crop for which you want to add, edit or remove a phenology.

Step 4 - Add/edit or remove a Phenology

The choice to add, edit, or delete a phenology stage depends on the stages already added. The stages run in numerical order, so you can never go back in time. Always work from the oldest treatment to the newest to prevent stages from being out of order.

  • Add a Phenology

At the bottom right of the phenology list, click New registration to add a phenology.

Here you fill in the correct date, add the stadium the crop is in and select the cultures.

     Warning!

If the changes overlap with other stages, you will receive an error message.
  • Edit a Phenology

At the bottom right of the phenology list, click Edit to edit the phenology.

    Attention!

You can only edit the dates of your Phenological stages through editing.

     Warning!

If the changes overlap with other stages, you will receive an error message.
  • Remove a Phenology

Next to each stadium you can find a Remove button. Sometimes its better to remove a phenolgy and add a new one to avoid errors in treatments.

Step 5 - Save Registration

Once you have edited everything, click on the green button Save. This button is at the bottom of the list.
